The midnote of the creation contains floral chords that get an exciting aromatic accent by rosemary. The base combines ambergris with sandalwood, which has a warm and calming effect. A touch of fine vanilla rounds off the refreshing bouquet. Alvise Gritti founded his perfume house in the middle of the 16th century. The Venetian, who came from a rich dog family, had a broad interest: He traveled the world, was interested in alchemy and had a penchant for beautiful scents.
